I have a 04 mustang gt. using u7146 I am aware my throttle cable has lots of slack therefor I do not believe it is opening up all the way. On my log file the throttle angle is 951.8 a/d counts at wot. how far off is that.

I have a BBK CAI, Predator tuner ( U7146) with the predator tune with spark advance 2-4k - 10% adv.
Spark advance 4-7k - 10% adv.

What HP gains am i looking at?

That is wierd for it to be rush at an idle, the spark advance only affects the engine at WOT. As far as a rough idle goes, try cleaning your IAC , I just cleaned mine and my car idles smoother, it was very dirty

Confused here. In my Manual for the u7146 it says to run at least 91 octane for the predator tune. Why are you saying the tune requires 93 octane? which tune reuires 93 octane?

no need, however you can richen the WOT fuel .5 .. should see a slight difference in performance, your car is getting more, colder, air therefore you can feed her some more fuel

Stock timing on a 99-04 gt is 10 degrees. on the u7146 the most you can advance it is 10% which= 11 degrees. Hope this helps, also if running the 1 degree advance then you must run atleast 92 octane, therefore at the pump it would be 93. I run 93 with 11 degrees and it is fine, no ping or nothin ...

I have a 2004 gt, using tuner u7146 . Just lost power to my tuner while trying to upload new revison... now when I start it up it says the application is missing or corrupt... what do i do?

I have tried this after talking on the phone with them and won;t work for me either. How much longer until the problem is resolved and there is a new update? New update is being developed now.

as far as I can tell it looks ok to me. no harm being done. If you mean 3pts spark advanced as in 3% i would go to 10% make it 11 deg if you are running 98 octane... I am currently on 93 octane running 10% advance. also you hit 95.81 LOL not 88 ))
