RE: Re: RE: Logging real-time data

Thanks Lew!

I am talking about viewing the real-time data ON the predator, while I'm IN my car.

I am not talking about viewing the info on my computer.

Logging real-time data

I got some aftermarket gauge overlays and had to remove and re-install the gauge needles. I was using the Diablo U7191 to do some real-time monitoring to see how well I replaced the needles in their original positions (engine speed, vehicle speed, oil temp). Too late. It's already at the shop.

Would it hurt anything if I asked them to give me the latest update to the PCM???

Thanks!

Hey Lew, have you been to NAIOA yet to see what happened to my car?

My question is, When I get it back and go to re-install a tune, will it be just like starting from scratch?

Will I have to do a factory back-up again, and change the parameters I had adjusted for my "personalized" tune ...

Tire size calculations U7191 2006 Impala SS?

I went from 235/50-18 stock tires to 255/35-20 tires. The new tires are 0.7" smaller circumference which translates to being 0.8% too fast.

2) If/when I adjust it, can I just go in and adjust that parameter, or do I have to do it when writing a new tune to the car ...
