Using T2 for my friend 2014 ram 1500
In the middle of modifying Diablo 87 octane,It stopped working.
And although I pulled out and reconnected the OBD line, the screen still shows only the message telling me to Ignition on.
The vehicle will not start, indicating a code P1602.

The vehicle is started and the instrument cluster mode on T2 is stopped. (however can touching each menu)
It stops until I manually open the other menu and then close it again.
The instrument panel mode will operate normally after visiting other menus.

Don't you have a solution?

I asked for a repair in email and website not long ago.
Symptom
After connecting to the vehicle and PC, the logo appears and gradually turns black.
It's still a black screen.
You can do nothing and the tuner is not responding.
