FLI: 46% revving
FP idle: 21.53 varying up and down
FRP: 39psi - 40 psi varying
FRP Volts: 2.60v to 2.75v varying at Idle and revving

The Preditor is not up to date, Make sure you have the latest tuning software that had the fix for your motor and year F150. Mike or someone else can direct you on the correct version!

To add to the diagnosis, Change the fuel filter every 5000 miles and you should resolve the problem there!
change the MAF to 10% + or so until you get the power back!

You need to change the fuel filter! F-150's require this every 5,000 miles or so! I change minds every 5000 miles and it still run hard!

Which CAI are you using JohnD_LHP? If it is a K&N Cold air with the metal tube that is enoungh! If it is the Plastic composite on it , run 10% or Plus 1% until you hit that sweet spot! You can always get it dyno'd too!

RE: 93 octane
Hi chris098,
Yes you would have problems if you did that!( Detenation) I suggest you decrease your timing by 1* to 2* degrees which will put you around the 91 Octane level. You accomplish this in the global Spark settings , and listen for pinging or engine knock! Don't use Octane booster's either ...
