have an 06 gt with the auto, i am having trouble i have the airaid intake with magna flow mufflers the tune for the airaid system isnt working properly

I have an 2006 mustang gt auto, it has the airaid intake and two magna flow mufflers, the car doesnt seem to but running right with the tune you told me to load. please help

what tune do i need to run with this setup my car doesnt seem to be runing right.
