weird. I have had a predator go dead on us a week after it was checked during inventory. we tried to re-check the revision and screen wouldnt work. so it can happen but that is the only time in years.
I got the programmer back today... it powered up just fine... I'm not sure what the problem is ...

I physically plugged it into a vehicle 2 minutes before I packaged it up and mailed it out to verify a) it worked and b) the device was unlocked

The customer already decided to send it back to me.

I was hoping Mike could give me a price on fixing the unit.

I'm just puzzled why the unit worked when I plugged it in before I shipped it and now it doesnt work... Doesnt make sense to me nor the fact that his other O2 reader worked.

I have a U7191 that I sold to a customer on eBay this past week. He was misinformed and thought the device came with a 12V power cable and a 9pin serial cable. I instructed him that the actual unit straight from Diablo only came with the programmer, a ruler and an owners manual. Is this not the case ...
