Before you go adjusting stuff to match the AFR you want, you need to log KR. No doubt, with that much fuel removed you're getting a TON of Short term knock retard, and probably quite a bit of Long term as well, which can hurt the motor. The modes are, from what I understand, to turn off the auto-upshift in AutoStick. You try the different modes until it is off.
