I got it figured out. I ended up having to unhook both terminals of the battery for 5 min and then hook up the new pcm. It fired right up after i got it installed.

I ordered a unlocked pcm to go with the new Trinity tuner for my 2017 Dodge Charger RT 5.7. After i got the new pcm swapped in the car will not start.
