After download the software, once connect the device receiving a error message. It not connecting. Plz advice. Photo attached.

This is the message showing up when I connect the device.
"Your calibration is 68153810AK and it is not supported. We need to downgrade to 68153810AD in order to continue".
When I select Agree its showing the same message again.

Yes. Now its back to original factory reset.
