I hear ya on that one, wife won't touch my truck til I:
1. put steps on it so she can get in
2. turn down the tuner so it doesn't smoke so much
3. put a muffler on it

I was out ripping tonight and on perf I can hit 1400 + in no time at 60 mph then hitting the throttle. Is this normal??? Also is it possible at that speed to give it throttle and slip the trans?? I think I was but have never done it so not sure what to listen/feel for. What egt's are guys seeing at ...

I see, so what would you reccommend for my driving?? Towing in winter and driven like a car in summer with the occassional tow. Should I set it in tow or in performance. I'm just trying to get a bit more mileage outta the old girl. Will tow give me a bit more or worse???
