Problem Solved I used a different USB Port on my laptop and clicked on the Auto connect tab and it was able to detech the predator, I successfully imported the tune. It did do it as a 115200 Rate, is that OK? That's what the U7146 asked for... Just curious when I clicked on the "Modify Custom Tune ...

I can't tranfer a Custom Tune from laptop to Predator??Help!
Here's the steps I've taken..
Connect the Predator to 12V power supply
Connect the serial to USB then click on the Diablosport Downloader
Went to express tune mode and selected COM3 and 57600 baud rate
Went to options on the Tuner and clicked on Custom Tune then import.
Then clicked "Send Tune file ...

Thanks Mikel I currently have the 93 Octane performance Tune loaded with 2% spark advance added to both rpm levels, how much more should I dial in? Like I said I'm at 20 degrees now, could I go 4% or would that be too much?

Doing some Dyno pulls, a question?
what spark advance through the powerband at WOT should I be looking for? I'm currently at about 20 when I datalog but I've heard guys go as high as 26 is that correct? I presently have Zero pinging and would love to bump it up more if safe, Thanks!

Thank you Brain that's the range I was thinking, so 11.0 is too rich? One more question, what is the most aggressive spark advance I should be seeing at WOT through the powerband? Presently when I datalog my Predator I'm at 20 degrees, I've heard up to 26 is OK? Am I correct or is that too ...

I'm getting ready to do a few dyno pulls at my friends shop and wondered what readings you guys like to see? I want it as lean as allowed without doing harm, I have a normally aspirated 99 SVT Cobra with the U7146 Tuner, Thanks CJ

Thanks Mikel, from the factory the fan is set in the low 190 range to kick on, so guys what numbers should I be inputing into the 5 columns, I'm not sure which is for the temp to turn on and then off?? thanks

Check you fuel pressure at the rails to make sure your filter isn't clogged, what kind of miles are on the fillter?
If your retarding timing and adding that much fuel and it's still detonating it could be something your not considering..

Just got the tuner and would appreciate some info..
Am I correct that this revision removed the ability to shut off the rear O2's?
My main question concerns the Fan settings, I'm in south Florida and want to lower the Temp when it turns on. My tuner has 5 different columns

Thanks for the recommendation Brainm, that's what I was leaning towards since my friend who bulit my motor is one of your dealers and tuners, Race Related in Florida. One more question would you suggest using the U7146 or the Black Revolution chip for the dyno tune download?
