Says that it cannot find Runtime_03.dbg. I looked in the runtime folder of the device. Sure enough it isnt there. How can i fix this?

plugged in my i3 tuner and it starts to read runtime.zip and then gives this error screen. Any way to fix this today? It Saturday so the office isn't open.

I sent an email to them last night since I’ll be at work during their business hours and not able to be with the tuner and my truck. Please report what you find out here and I’ll do the same.

I have the same problem. I’ve tried reverting back to stock and then updating the tuner and then reinstalling the tune twice. I also have the same issue with the update. Always says there’s an update but the screen flashes like its installing it and instantly to the purchase more licenses screen ...
