Can the Diablosport (or any) PCM handle the precisely one-half impedance and precisely double current draw of two identical injectors on the same circuit that formerly handled one?

Does having a Diablosport PCM unshackle you from the Dodge "since you are past warranty, you now get a scheduled fake CEL every 2000 miles" hell?

I have this feeling that Dodges throw "OMG take me to a dealer" codes regardless of whether it is an actual problem, and I wondered if having a different computer in the car would eliminate that problem.
