1.yes u can push the ported stock to 22-25
2.yes u will need a 3 bar map and tip to be able to read that high
3.u will need atlease S2 inj for that much boost or u can get a returnline instead but S2 inj are cheaper

the timing looks alittle high to me take out like 3 deg

but where was your timing at cause with the 2871 and piss gas at 23psi with no meth your timing should be around 19-22 deg to be safe and u might have to load it as a Attachment on here
