I uploaded the tune an the car would not start what next

Ok is there any settings in the tune I would have to adjust or could I just upload and drive

We don’t have 93 octane in California I saw a forum where the tune was ran with 91 with some adjustments to the tune

So exactly what to I need to do to run a 93 octane tune with 91 octane fuel on my 2005 mustang gt 4.6 v8 manual
