Ok it did the calibration update and plugged it into the car and it went threw it's process now I loaded my custom tunes do I need to load my backup and last time written too or no before I go and put my tune in

It updated over WiFi is that the same ?

Ok my old tuner i2 wouldn't connect to the car which has a custom tune on it so I sent it in and you guys sent me a new one now how to I set it back to stock tune to be able to use the new tuner when you guys have the old one that wouldn't connect to the car ?

Ok the new tuner works but it's saying it's been previously tuned buy a Diablo tuner how do I go about fixing that ?

Ok I received the new tuner now do I just load my backup and tune files from my computer to the tuner ? Because the car still has a tune on it because I wasn't able to swap it back to stock before I sent it in ?

Ok I called and spoke to someone about sending in the tuner he said it's covered under warranty because I can't drive the car because I can't switch tunes and I was able to plug my buddy's intune into my car and hit vehicle info and it brought the Cal I'd and vin right up in seconds his is older so ...

I have an older intune i1000 that I had before I bought the intune i2 and I'm trying to download the update agent on a Windows 10 laptop and it seams like it downloads and then restarts the laptop but then when I go into files to open it it says repair and downloads all over again ? What am I doing ...

I just plugged the tuner into two other vehicles with the key on run and hit the question mark in the upper right corner and clicked vehicle info and said the same thing no vehicle found so it's definitely the tuner is there anyway to fix this I can't drive my car intill I do

Scan tool works fine was able to check codes fine and was pretty fast so I guess it's the tuner is there a way to fix it ?

I have a scan tool can I see if the car communicates with that to see if it's the car or tuner ?

The only other vehicle I have is a 99 chevy work truck what communication issue would it have what do I have to check of look for ?

No it says no vehicle found but under TUNED VEHICLE INFO it has the VIN number and last tune written and pcm number
