Yea so needless to say I lost the new updates the dealer put on and the 87 tune.....

I tried to reinstall the 87 tune a few times and on the last attempt it got stuck halfway through and the truck wouldn't start at all. The only thing I had left to do was a restore to get the truck to start! Then ...

When i got the truck back from the dealer they told me the flashed the pcm with new software. When I tried to reinstall the 87 tune I got error messages. I then restored the original backup but the 87 tune still wouldn't work. The 91 tune installed just fine.

Is there a cost to send the tool back ...

I have a U7193 with software 2.10. I lost my 87 tune when I took my 04 gmc sierra to the dealer for a reduced engine issue which still hasn't been fixed. Forgot to put it back to stock before I took it in!!! What are my options?? Thx
