Curious if I could call over the phone to place my order so the numbers are correct

Getting ready too order , I cant find the bypass cable to add to my cart for the i3 and pcm . Also I noticed that my pcm has the module p/n and module s/n ..

The diablo example shows the module p/n then the vin under . Do I just do thebp/n and grab the vin someplace else and forget the s/n

I just traded in my 2014 ram , im looking too tune my 2018 ram , I see there now a harness that needed to bypass to get to the pcm . Do I install the bypass before installing the unlocked pcm .

Also can I use my i2 tool or should I buy the i3 ?

Lastly can when I buy an unlocked pcm for my 18 can ...

I did another update and it worked , thank you . The trans tuning makes a world of diffrence happy it worked

I did a force calibration not sure if he knew what I was asking . I forced it went too the computer like he said to update calibrations . So I come to truck and it ask install pcm calibration to truck I said yes . Should I have said no ? It asked before it took a backup of the pcm and tcm . I'll ...

After the force calibration it asked me when I get into truck to calibrate the pcm . Is this normal should I hit no ? I'm just wondering if that shutting off the chance of it reading the tcm.

Yessir , i did a force calibration about 2 months ago to read the tcm , and the tranny went I just replaced it threw the dealer . I went to retune and tool told me too go update the tool and i did . And i went back to truck and only read the pcm .

This is what I pulled when on computer. I'm off by the time u read this let me know . Jay greene usually helps me tune but cant get the tcm too read.

Yes I returned to stock before I brought it in .

@mike should do you think it needs another force calibration to read the new tcm ?

Look like it still can read my tcm but wont back up a file just the motor again.

So I recently had too replace the transmission, I cant get my i2 to read the tcm off this unit . What should I do . It is the same handheld
