Is the 2003 5.4 gas Excursion supported in the Trinity? It shows dropped support for the old Predator.

No Chip was installed. He got the lower of the two tunes to install. The Diablo 93 one failed.

Re: Analog data off.
BTW.
I solved this. The math worked. It was the port on the bottom of the intune. It was not allowing the plug to seat with full contact of the probe. I switched to the Trinity so I could log minus the laptop in the car.
I also talked completly to myself in this thread.

Crowebar,
After you get your custom tune, report back in this thread. I would love to hear what you gained over the canned tune and what the MPG does vs. the cost of the tune. If you go to a local dyno place they will do at least a initial pull to see what they are dealing with. I take it that ...

When you are checking your data logs for knock, make sure your looking in the open loop areas. Also make sure that these are nice long open loop WOT runs, not just jolts of throttle.

Your fine. If thats the only mod you have skip the custom tune. Its gonna be a waste of 75-300 bucks. Save that custom tune for when you put on ported heads or change the CAM.

If you bought used, it was still married to the original car. Like Mike mentioned, fill out the form.

Re: Trinity question. Analog inputs.
WOW! Meth injection built into forced induction tunes and dependent on what ever variable you set.... this would be fantastic! I see a larger meth pulse due to knock, iat temps, etc....
