Best tune for 2012 5.7 Challenger auto with 89 octane?

I have a 2012 Challenger R/T Classic with a 345 Hemi and Automatic.
I just bought the inTune i3 for Chrysler Platinum from you.
What would be the highest performance tune keeping regular (89) gas?
I also want to turn off my MDS. Do I turn off MDS before or after I select the tune?

I know I can auto-stick and turn it off but I mostly drive in automatic. Sport mode seems to help because the engine runs ...
