I need help tuning my 2005 Chrysler 300 C hemi 5.7 L so I’ve I did the the 91 octane tune but the TCM I can’t tune it won’t save to the car and I already updated twice I have the i3 tuner everything else works but not the transmission Tune

So I’m having trouble tuning my TCM. When I set it it do not work. Also I can’t change the shift points it won’t save also. And It won’t save the shift firmness I have the I3 tuner for 2005 Chrysler 300 C I also updated it so it’s all up to date I need help
