Yes truck is in the on position, I tried pulling every fuse that powers the headlights and all the interior accessories. Even hooked up another car to the battery to have full voltage. And error still persists

I've tried to install my t2 on my 03 avalanche z71 and it won't go past 64% read on the stock tune. Following that it pops up as it cannot read the stock tune. I've unplugged all aftermarket items including headlights and license plate lights. Any ideas on a solution?

I've got a trinity in my 05 corvette, works great and fine but when in gauge mode the screen goes into basically a sleep mode after 2 seconds if I press the screen it'll come back on and immediately black out 2 seconds after. Any ideas on how to remedy it?

Intune I2 stuck on “:” screen and when plugged into computer stuck on “installer:preparing”. I called the tech support and they weren’t any help. Said I can get a 25% discount for a new one or send it in and they try to fix it for 100 bucks. Any ideas
