I can at least load the pcm tune... it's interesting that I can't install the tcm portion but can still see the tcm calid. I'll try some things over the weekend.

Are you saying if I upgrade to Intune (or Trinity)...that this is something that can be 'fixed' for that quirk of not reading tcm...or actually last tune written?

I have the tcm issue as well (-154).... I can tune pcm stuff but I'm stuck not bein able to do tcm. I've had my predator since it came out for our trucks..was actually driving to a dyno event to buy an sct when I read the email on my phone that predator released for my truck. never had a problem ...

thanks guys for all your help, at least i was able to put the custom tune back in so it's driveable again. It was really interesting how the troubleshooting process works... will try and get to dealer soon to see if they can flash tcm..

I am taking thursday off so i can call in to try and get this resolved. I have since been able to upload a couple of pcm tune tweaks (it will still error at the end when it trys to do tcm). I wanted to make sure it was ok to call in thursday.

my tuner sent me an updated pcm tune that I was able to upload to tuner and truck successfully, same issue when it tries tcm. Truck runs good and fortunately the existing tcm tune works ok. My tuner would like to start tcm tuning when this issue is resolved.

I tried to return it back to stock the conventional way as well with the same result.. and just in case it tried to push the stock pcm tune back in, I went ahead and pushed the custom tune back in, it will push the pcm tune in, reset the clock and then error trying to do tcm.. she's driveable, still ...
