I've seen some instances on the '05s where they crank up in MDS mode. Do you have a quick adjust option to disable MDS to see if that makes a difference?

98oc overseas is pretty equivalent to the 93oc in the states. You'll have to try it and see if spark knocks. If so, drop back to the 91oc program with your 98oc fuel. Install a 180 thermostat as well and set the fan temps accordingly

and get a 180 stat in there and lower the fan settings

watch your pressure ratio. usually in the high gears, low rpm, pressure ratio can get around .85 to .95 at part throttle. Thats where you'll usually see that KR start racking up. You can fine tune that area with custom tuning.

I didn't catch it in here, but make sure to run a 180 tstat and get the engine running cooler for less kr.

Any success stories using the keyless go during programming? It's got the one button push = accessory mode and 2 button push for "key on" mode. If the door is open, the 3rd push is key off. Is programming okay with the push button starts?
