A little KR isn't gonna hurt a thing.... I like it right on the borderline. LTKR is a bad thing, but if people knew how much STKR the Superchips 91 tune had at light throttle they'd be surprised.

The issues I had are fixed and my tuner is working great on my 2005.

Diablo is still learning about the TCM in the 05's and we don't have 2nd prime delete yet.

But they have the TCM down good enough to provide shift points and to make it shift MUCH better.

It will get even better over time.

This is a Hemi Ram. I do not want knock and I clearly said I was going to back down the timing past 3,500 rpms to get rid of the KR.

Also 2 degrees of STKR is nothing..... The PCM will easily deal with this and its no danger to the engine.

I advanced my timing +3 degrees throughout the entire rpm range. I got between 0.5- 2.0 STKR past 3,500 rpms in 1st gear.

Not bad at all. I'm gonna leave +3 degrees down low and just add in +1 degree above that.

It felt good with +3 down low....

This was done on the 93 octane tune

I can email you the TCM files, but Johan will have to set you up a PCM file in order for you to complete the custom tune.

Johan did a custom tune for me on my 05 Ram. He tweaked part throttle some and he removed all the TM at WOT.

It hits the shifts hard now... as good as S/C's did. Part throttle also feels better.

I can now say I think my truck is faster on the 93 Diablo tune than it was on the S/C 91 tune.

Heres what I did:

I loaded the 93 performance_toon file you sent me and it asked for a matching base file. I then loaded my original factory tune that I saved from the tuner.

I then loaded the TCM_shifts file and it asked for a TCM base file. I then loaded it.

Just a reminder... I wanted to remove all TM at WOT shifts and try a more aggressive part throttle program.

Any other tweaks you wanna try will be okay as well.

Maybe some more aggressive timing at part throttle and off idle? I could log the ST and LT KNOCK and see what happens.

I can now say I'm pretty happy with my predator.

My 05 is now running problem free. The WOT shifts are good and firm. ALMOST as firm as S/C, but slightly softer.

Part throttle shifts are good and throttle response is better. I think both could be improved with more part throttle tuning.
