Hi all,

I have a 14 Grand Cherokee SRT 6.4 and it has the 8 speed (8hp70) and my T2 can see the trans but the strategy code or software version for the TCM is not supported. Is there any way to get it updated or change to a version that is supported by my T2?

Just an update. I called support and spoke with another Mike and he was able to get me situated! Thank you for the help

Do y'all have the stock files? If it is easiest just to send the stock ecu/tcm file so I can flash to stock. I think it is tuned from a previous tuner? That is my bet.

Hm, really?

Ok let me investigate. I am sure I unmarried it. It is saying that one the tuner it is not locked to any vehicle.
This is the error I am getting when I hit the "tune" selection on the T2 with the new vehicle (14 SRT)

I think I figured out my issue. The 2015+ T2s will not tune a 2014. They are different. I looked up the part numbers. Can anyone confirm this is caused by the error I am seeing?
