Can someone reset the locks on my account so I can install cmr on a new laptop?

I just upgraded to a new tuning laptop and need to download cmr onto it. Can someone reset my login so I can see the cmr download and also reset it so that my new laptop will register? Thanks!

I just recently upgraded the hard drive in my tuning laptop and I cant register cmr. Can someone please delete the previously registered computers on my account so that I can register this machine?

I swapped hard drives in my laptop a while back. Went to open cmr and it goes into the registration loop and says it needs to restart but it never does and if I reopen cmr it does the same thing over again. Can someone help with this?

I had the same thing happen on Friday. I was trying to work off of the 93 octane tune and load it to the truck and there would be no change. I decided to try and use the original tune file to work off of and load that. Once I started working off of the original, the changes started to take place and ...
