here is what is needed

Go to Metro
Chams
Settings
Change PC Settings
General
Advanced startup (at the bottom)
From there you must choose either tools or whatever to disable the driver signature enforcement.

Once it boots install drivers manually going to device manager and updating drivers.

Wow... I have a technet sub if you need a key... I am having issues with this as well...

All we need is a manual driver and not an installation system. That is it.

I am in the same boat.. the predator worked perfectly... no need to trash it... this thing went out too soon.

Yes I am grumpy too, but it happens when money starts to fly away because of issues so simple.

I cannot update it because it needs to be registered. or so that says on the display

but i can't registered it because it can't be detected!

Same thing here... UAC stuff is off.. and has always been off!

Again.. car on dyno... same intune.. .run as administrator doesn't work... its requesting a cal update and i can't update.

All of the sudden, CMR doesn't start.

You can see it on the task manager, then it quits.

Has it happen to anyone recently? Possible fix?

1) Uninstalling Reinstalling (over 10x)
2) XP Compatiblility
3) INstalling in XP Compatibility
4) Uninstalling latest updates
5) Installing ...

I installed the 2008 update for vc++... Still working... lets see how it goes..
