My does the same with rkl tunes. I'm going to take a stab in the dark and say that the rkl tunes are hot, timing and fueling is agressive. How else is it going to make 150+hp on our 03's? I think it's normal.

You are correct... the timing rattle will get loud after a certain point... just make ...

I ran a 14.1 with the RKL stacked tune... ran a 13.8 with the regular RKL and puck on kill... for what its worth..

id guess on the rkl your running out of fuel and gettin a popping noise and miss from it.

Exactly what i was thinking... i know i was... sounds like its time for an air dog or fass fuel system... the reason you probably lose the code is because the rail pressure if brought back up after you let ...

Mine does it also, only on the two extreme tunes, and only when sitting for a few... im thinking maybe in some way the torque converter taking a dump on me is loading the engine up... i will find out as soon as the new tranny is installed..

hey bud i have the same truck as you... the trinity will monitor egt's... as of right now im not sure if they are going to include the pyrometer with it or not... it has 2 inputs and one output, in wich i am using to monitor my egts... once you get yours id be more the willing to give you a wiring ...

Go down the road about half throttle and turn the puck up and down, you should hear the exhaust note change dramatically...

II talked to the techs at diablo and they say they have fixed the key cycle issue... i HAVE run a smarty and lastly the edge mp-8 stack... all i can say is you wouldnt be dissapointed by the trinity!
