I was under the impression that untuned stall cars throw that code because the converter is not stock.

I've never tried to taking them off. It doesn't throw and emissions codes before tuning with the diablo it would throw the code associated with having a stall. I haven't tried smogging it yet. I'm affraid of not passing the sniffer. thanks
