Got it!! Thanks. Any ideas on why the downloader won't see the tool hooked to my computer? Checked all the connections but find nothing wrong. The computer sees the tool when I connect but the downloader can't find it. Connected by usb to serial cable off of front of computer. Power supply is ok ...

Little mpg increase in lower tunes, extreme tune is very irratic, it acts like a 2 stroke when the power band kicks in then it's like a screaming dog w/ very hard shifts. Mpg is best w/ extreme but I tow a 24' enclosed trlr 95% of the time so I'm scared of ...

Found the problem. The alum tube coming from the intercooler was rubbing the front grill frame when boots were expanding. It doesn't touch when not under pressure. It appears I was hearing a vibration.
