Transmission shot
I have a 2002 silverado 5.3 u7198. I'm thinking about getting a trans. with a stage 2 shift kit, vette servo, and 4th gear servo. Old trans. went out and need to replace. Is this good or bad? Will this make a noticable difference in power? Thanks

I'm puttting a engine (5.3 liter) from an 2005 z71 silverado in my 2002 silverado my question is will my programmer (u798) work with the new motor?
Since the computers will all be the same it should still work right?

I had this problem in my 02 silverado and it was the intake gasket leaking after I replaced that it runs just fine

Removing cats.
I have an 2002 silverado 5.3 with u7198 and I was wondering if removing the cats would cause any loss in power due to a loss of back pressure?
I would to take them off and replace them with pipe but not if I will lose any power

I have a 2002 silverado 5.3 with the u7198 and I was just wondering if there is a way I can disable the rear o2 sensors the take off the cats?
any info would be helpful I am kinda new with this thing and not sure what to look for
