Im running it on the Economy tune at 60 hp, I didnt think it would do much good to run the 100hp on that diameter pipe, is there any mods i need to do to the truck to fix this problem?

I have a 05 Excursion 6.0l and just bought the u7165 and its got the 9r04 program in it, right now i got a stock pipe at 2 1/2 inches would it be fine to run the 100hp tune with that size pipe, and if not what size would you recommend?
