device manager says its working properly

it works on my wifes xp laptop with that cable but will try another cable later

on device manager says its installed properly no problems with the drivers at all

i have the predator and installed the DS downloader to upload some new tunes but cannot find the device

on windows 7
Drivers installed properly
when connect the usb it recognizes it on com3
DS downloader keep looking for device and never get connected

tried on another laptop same brand same model ...

well I just imagined that if the car its 0 mph it will asumes its in neutral and the neutral rev limit will be activaded so you can use it as a 2-step

tried to adjust my rev limiter in neutral to 3300 rpmswith no luck why is this?

rev limiter in drive seems to work fine

so what can I do? My U7137 is useless, you should warn on the page about it so future foreign buyers can be aware of this

i´m having the same issue, mexican 2006 ram and can´t do anything with my u7137 what can I do? return it to the DP dealer where I got it for a refund? wait for the mexican trucks support?

well I am in mexico and since its via email don´t see the need of looking one near me, just want a recomendation of someone specialized in this trucks to make the custom tune for me.
