i have a u 7142 with a rev.4 board. do i need the 8r crom? the 9r will not turn off my traction control. do i need it to hold 5 tunes and have the datalogging fixes and whatnot? the link on the downloads page for the 8r has been down the last month i have checked it.

P.S. I have the latest 9r02 firmware on my Predator if that matters. I believe that if a U7142 will load a 9r crom that means it is a 512 tool already.
