RE: 93 octane tune
The predator tune should be for 93 octane, although after I got the fueling right on my GTO, I was good with that tune for 91 octane. You can always advance the timing and just keep an eye on the knock sensor to verify you're within safe limits.

RE: Re: RE: Want harder shifting!!
Hell sometimes a stock GTO will walk sideways on the 1-2 shift. I see where you're coming from on this one now.

RE: how much does weather effect readings?
That's the best way to do it. It was raining the first day I started adjusting my injector slope and I monitored it and adjusted it over the next 3-4 days just on my to and from drives to work, that way you're getting multiple situations to assure you're making power safely. With the IAT timing ...

At first the timing setup that GM went with for our cars drove me nuts, but with this percentage system, it really allows you to fine tune it, not to mention I feel a lot better knowing what my car is doing. I always thought it felt like something was wrong when I punched it and I was lean. I know ...

RE: Timing curve???
Yes, there should be a option in the modify tune area called WOT spark with adjustments from 0-4k RPMs and 4k-7k RPMs depending on vehicle.

It should only affect that if you're actually too rich, if the car's computer is adding fuel on its own (positive LT #) I don't see what would cause a problem as you're still lean at 14.75. I'm looking at your charts more, and it looks like it actually says 12.6 for your AFR and I was reading the ...

Yes, I have a GTO. I have adjustment settings for the transmission, line pressure, shift speed, and shift speed/RPM.
Looking at your AFR, you're way lean at 14.75, you should be in the 12.5-12.8 range. With your LTFTs at .2, I'd take your slope down 3 more points(-12), maybe 4(-13), try to aim for ...

RE: LTFT
It feels strong, from about 10-15mph it lit the tires straight up and started going sideways. I can't believe I'm not getting KR with 91 octane. I thought my problem was crap gas, but it was all in a tune. My fuel mileage increased as well, I think the car was dumping too much gas trying to ...

I think that did the trick. It almost scared me how hard it pulled with the proper settings, the tires ripped loose so fast I thought I was going to lose control of it on the rolling start. The car really came alive. I'd still like to check my AFR, but I'd say I'm probably in that range based on the ...

RE: LTFT
I zeroed out my PE settings and took it for a drive, still getting very light KR under heavy throttle. I took the slope setting from -8 to -9 and it disappeared, so I bumped my timing back to 0 advance/retard and no KR at all. I probably could advance timing a bit with my settings, but I'm thinking ...

Is the PE the WOT fuel? If that's the case, I was told to pull both from injector slope and this at the same time, then I'll zero out my lean/rich setting and leave my -8% setting I changed to and achieved -.78. I haven't taken it full throttle since the changes, but I'm starting to think this may ...

LTFT's
I'm having some slight KR issues on my LS1 GTO. I had to pull some timing to kill KR and I still have some at mid throttle, then I looked at my Long Terms. I started at 7.03% at cruise, adjusted slope to -8% and WOT fuel to -7% and ended up with -.78%. Part throttle KR dropped to .43 fairly ...
