I have to visit the dealer for a seatbelt replacement. The first thing they do is plug in their scan tool to check the vehicle in. So I need to return to stock.
Can I simply replace my ECU with the original factory one? Or do I need to unmarry the I3 from the unlocked ECU first before swapping?

Rick got it setup for me. Apparently I was going into the modify menu option too soon and needed wait till the tune is ready to be flashed.

Was it your factory PCM that was unlocked? If not you need to reinstall the factory PCM and let the device read it first before swapping PCM.

Looks like it’s actually a 3 step process…
First two updates ran. First one was a single file. The second was 6 or 7 files. At the end of the second update after the device reboot it connected and said it was up to date.
The SKU changed from i3_DIABLOEO to i3_DIABLO. Then panic mode sets in ...

I have a new Edge HT2 with the Locksmith unlock kit from you sister company to use on my 2022 GMC 2500 Duramax (L5P). I was also acquiring an i3 to tune my Jeep. In the i3 chat for DCX, MikeL suggested adding a GM license and use the i3 for both vehicles.

HT2 doesnt offer multi license like that, so it wont work unfortunately. It most likely does not support 2020 GC either.

You could use the i3 on both though, add a GM license to the i3 after you use it on the GC and you could sell the HT2.

the pcm will need to come here to have the VIN programmed for $100.
Assuming you have a bypass, any i3 should work if it has a Dodge license.
