The Perf93 demands 11.77 afr thru the whole rpm range. How come I can't make a straight line like that through the whole rpm range around, sayy 12.00???

You can as Quick suggested by substracting about 2% Fuel for the entire RPM range.

Be sure to watch ST and LT Knock retard. Keep LT knock at 0 ...

I've been begging DS to find the switch that disables this code as it is a major issue. The stage cals already have this diagnostic feature disabled so if you continue to have problems I suggest upgrading to a S2 PCM.

Please post the dyno graphs, and get some logs to see if there is any KR present.
Did the tuner mention anything about Knock?
Did you have good quality fuel in the tank?
Was this a custom tune done with CMR or the canned tune ...

So what's the deal with knock retard on the 6.1's anyway? Is the factory tune just too aggressive? Is the detected knock even legitimate? Does the knock sensor threshold simply need to come up?

Do you have a dyno chart of before and after? Did your overall powerband increase?

I don't give much credit to peak numbers to begin with. If your overall powerband has increased then I'm inclined to say the tune was successful and there isn't a problem...

Try logging just MAP, wastegate duty cycle, airflow, barometer, total knock retard, pressure ratio, actual spark on cylinder 1, injector pulsewidth and throttle position. If you can get a couple logs with this data only it would be helpful.

I checked your log but unfortunately it isn't of much use. When you log that much data the refresh rate is very slow. In addition, the Predator memory was used up so quickly that it only logged like three or four frames.

i have a srt-4 2004 stage 2 wg agp

I am not able of making vary my boost, he always stays has 15 lbs. I put everything my vaccuums as of origin and my wg agp has zero preload.

Try dropping to DAB 1 or 2 and seeing if the Predator is able to control boost at that point. That would be the first I'd try...
