anybody has an idea why fan does not go when the a/c is off

Did you set all your parameters correctly ?

my fan go on when the a/c is on at 192
but not when the a/c is off it go at 211

i put all ls 185 and hs 192 a/c on

I put HS at 190 and LS at 185

What ever temp your stock T-stat settings are... subtract 180* for the 180* T-stat. Set all your cooling fans at that #. If you set your HS fan too low, you may find that it runs excessively. You should have around 10* difference between the LS and HS ...

i just install a 180 thermostat and i want to know what is the minimum temperature motor i can adjust the fan settings with the dsp

i try the stock wg and not able to adjust my boost level with the Predator it stay at 5psi.

is it possible that the solenoid is not working well?

Try logging just MAP, wastegate duty cycle, airflow, barometer, total knock retard, pressure ratio, actual spark on cylinder 1, injector pulsewidth and throttle position. If you can get a couple logs with this data only it would be helpful.
