i think my problems were amp hooked to battery and e-brake was on. i took amp power wire off and didnt use the e-brake this morning and it loaded the program

it keeps saying something like " writing failed, please make sure ign key in ON but the engine is NOT running " but the ign key is ON and the engine is NOT running. so.... ???

ive tried twice to load the performance tune into my 05 hemi ram and both times it goes through the PCM and TCM writing and when i think it should be done is says the writing tune or whatever it is, has failed and i have to reload my stock tune before i can even crank the truck..... HELP

i just bought a used DSP and its been unlocked and updated with latest CROM but i need to do the calibration update before i can use it on my computer and i went thru the support / downloads steps but i cant get it to do anything with the tuner. any help is appreciated
