What can I do to correct that?

I bought a U7158 for a 2001 Ford Lightning, installed the 91 Performance Tune, no pulley. My gas mileage immediately dropped, and the power increase is negligible at best, I'm just wondering if I was too hopeful at what this could do for my truck or did I just get a bad tune, and need a new one?

I know, but I've seen a lot of posts from guys who had the newest software saying that it had been taken out, so I was just curious if that had been resolved

Does this new upgrade allow the user to change/raise the speed limiter?
