guys i finally found this set of headers that the site claims will fit my 09 4x4 1500 hemi. I'm still under warranty only 6500 miles. Its my understanding that i cant change the cats or I will invalidate the warranty. Not sure if thats correct or not.

you need to save the file not run the file. Save the file to desktop or a location that you remember. Then open the DS Downloader, Click on file open. then find the file you saved and dbl click on it.
This should solve your problem.

The tunes/tuner do not adjust partial throttle fuel. Only open loop.

So Quick if the log looks good on WOT runs but you have ST knk retard of 5 on partial throttle runs and if the f/a ratio is fine on WOT runs but is as lean at 14.7 on partial throttle runs is that dangerous to the motor?
