I am aware of that. My question is do I need to install the original tune first and then install the custom tune again and make the adjustments under Modify Tune? Or is there a way to adjust the fan settings ...

How Do I Modify a Custom Tune?
I have a U7135 with a custom dynotune on my car, a 09 Challenger RT. I want to readjust my fan settings. Do I need to install the original tune first and then install the custom tune again and make the adjustments under Modify Tune? Or is there a way to adjust the fan settings without doing all this ...

RE: Taking a KB S/C tuned Challenger to the dealer. Suicide
I would be sure to let them know you have a S/C under the hood (in case they don't open it). They should know that means a custom tune but I would tell them regardless not to upload anything. There should be no issues with any warranty work unless it involves the powertrain in which case your ...

RE: Connecting to laptop
Keep in mind it can sometimes take a minute or two for your computer to find the Predator. Buy a USB to serial cable from Radio Shack. Try different techniques for connecting like getting everything powered up before plugging in the USB end to your computer, or plugging in all and then powering up ...

I too experienced some difficulties when I first started using the Predator. Had to buy a different USB to serial cable at Radio Shack to get it to work. Additionally, it sometimes takes a few minutes for your computer to "find" the Predator. The technology isn't the best (USB to serial?) but it ...

Re: Support for 64 bit versions of windows vista?
Okay, I can't make my PC recognize my Predator. I did the auto update and everything and still nothing. Do I need to hook it to a different PC or what's the story here?
Sometimes it takes a few minutes to recognize the predator so be patient. With Vista, it would take several (up to five) minutes ...

Re: RE: Re: RE: shift points
So, What I am reading is that there are ways to raise the shiftpoint on a 2009 Challenger R/T with the newest update??? I just had my car tuned in May, and they even emailed Diablo while I was standing there. There was no way to raise my shiftpoint. If this is true, I am quite disappointed.... In ...

No 6000 rpm shift point option in 9r29 crom
After loading the 9r29 crom into my car, the only options I could find were under "Transmission - Adjust Shift Points" and gave the options of Cancel, Stock, 6200 or 6400. Also, no MPG boost tunes. Is there something I'm missing? 09 RT auto using Predator U7135. Thx.

The only options I could find were under "Transmission - Adjust Shift Points" and gave the options of Cancel, Stock, 6200 or 6400. Is that it? Is there something I'm missing? I was under the impression you could fine tune this option and dial in "6000" or "6150" or whatever you wanted. Thx.

Re: RE: shift points
With your mods I would say between 6k - 6.2k just tweak it till you find a sweet spot. Generally you want to shift 1-2 sooner then 2-3. Your motor is done making power at 5.8k ish then is slopes off. The only reason to shift higher then your peak HP is to get a higher shift recovery. You want to ...
