with all of the engine changes (some say it is a completely different engine) for the '09+ 5.7L engines it seems as if a unique programming table would be beneficial for this motor - instead of using the same tune files from the pre '09's.

does this make sense, or am I wrong?

I can appreciate that this is a more difficult task than originally believed - however that does not excuse the lack of feedback coming from your company. Your company had stated several times that a few more days (or weeks) were needed to formulate a solution.

bottom line is this. we bought these predators because the company markets this item as being valid and compatible with 2009 300c's, chargers, challengers, etc. It turns out this is not necessarily the case. it seems that the lack of feedabck/updates on progress is as bad as not having the update out yet.

if it is going slower than planned then give a new eta - but three weeks without ...

I had actually just ordered a predator from marylandspeed. I am going to refuse delivery, get a refund and look elsewhere.

any update on this? I was looking to buy but will not until I know this is resolved.
