ok ive been trying to call the rma number and the tech support number. what am i supposed to do here.

it says the last tune written was the 93 perf tune and when i try to use it on my car it actually says original not restored. almost like it was locked to someone elses car and not mine. possible that i got someone elses tuner? i hooked it up to another srt-4 with no pcm mods to see what it said and ...

Ok so i got my pred back and it has the same issue pretty much wont load stock tune perf tune or any tune.

tried on another srt-4 to make sure it was not my car that was the issue and it will not work on it either.

one last question....

by reset does that mean the predator is back to as if i just bought it and it can be applied to another srt 4 now?

Yes please and thank you for your fast responses....will be buying diablo products for my jeep when i get a motor swapped in.

the only time it has been to the dealer was the day i picked it up. the tune is still in the car. it has never been back to the dealer or any dealer or garage except to have tires put on since i bought the car. the only PCM mod i have done was the diablo

maybe i just missed it but is there a spot where we can the status of our warranty work. such as item received processing etc...?

yes the e-brake is on. i never really park it in gear. all flat in my driveway.

scg- it goes through all the bells and whistles, shows it loading back to stock. then comes up and says its unable to do it. tried 3 different days a few times a day. im baffled. kinda sucks if i have to eat this thing ...
