2013chrysler 300 c 5.7

Installed the update now it says vehicle not compatible any ideas

I got it to download now it says it doesn't support my vehicle wtf

Man my shit been fuckin up for 2 to 3 weeks I been in contact with Noah the support tech he said it was fixed but I guess not.

I 3 updater failed/timed out I've had this tuner for over a month trying to get a factory tune built for my car I've had nothing but problems updating it for over 2 weeks please reply
