Also disabled UAC because I'm on a laptop. I've uninstalled drivers and installed older versions as well.

I'm trying to add an e85 tune to my diablo predator tool.
I have windows 10 home and it cannot locate the tool. I get the USB code 10 .

I have a custom tune from a tuner on the SRT forums and the car still doesn't pop. The car's AFRs dip in to the 12s and I have an open exhaust. I'm wondering if that is TOO much fuel and it is quenching the pops? Are you capable of tweaking his tune for me as well, or is it ...
