I have a Intune I3 PART NO.8445-1 can i buy a license for a 2007 Ram using this and use this tuner?

I updated my tuner with the pc everything went smooth but now it says it can't see the pcm and i can not tune it ...
Although I was just tuned it an hour before i did the update .
Ideas ??
