Just realized you have a Predator. I have a Trinity and the screws being to tight was the issue with mine so I'm not sure if it's the same fix for you. Worth a try though.

Same thing happened with mine. Try loosening the screws a little on the back of the unit and it should be OK.

Oh yea, I forgot to ask. After Ted tunes the car and loads the CMR tune into my Trinity, do I have access, using the Trinity tuner, to that custom tune to modify certain parameters like I do with the canned Diablo tunes?

I received my Trinity today and everything went smooth installing the tune in my 2010 Camaro. Than I installed the cd to register and hook it up to my computer but the disc is empty. Can the software be downloaded from Diablo's site or should I just call where I purchased?
