removing the fuses to load a program into my vehicle???
Hello
This may seem like a stupid question but here goes. Do I have to remove all of the fuses again each time I load a program into my vehicle or am I able to just plug it in and load or change the program in the vehicle. I looked in the manual but didn't see it addressed there.
